Our patent-pending process integrates three commercialized steps into one novel system
01
Biogas Cleaning
Raw biogas from wastewater treatment plants, farms, or landfills is cleaned of contaminants and tuned to be ready for reforming.
02
Bi-Reforming
Treated biogas is mixed with steam and sent to our proprietary reformer where CH₄, CO₂, and H₂O are converted into syngas.
03
Syngas Upgrading
The produced syngas is upgraded into DME, methanol, or DMC. Syngas is the building block for dozens of chemicals and fuels.
Our Products
Our technology can produce any syngas derivative in a decentralized and fossil-decoupled manner. Currently, our product selection includes dimethyl ether, methanol, and dimethyl carbonate. Our products are low-carbon, supply-secure alternatives to traditional chemicals.

Ready to Scale
Completed 1800+ hours of reforming step at lab-scale
We have validated the key step in our process on synthetic biogas, with stable operation for over 1800 hours continuously.
The first wastewater biogas-to-methanol demo in the US
Our pilot unit, which will be located at a Chicagoland wastewater plant, will commence operation in Q1 2027 and convert wastewater biogas into methanol.
